liver in broth

1000 gr pork liver
2000 ml water
2 lemongrass
3 salam leaf
4 tbsp oil
7 shallots
3 red lomboks
6 cloves garlic
6 cm kunyit
3 tsp ketumbar
1 1/2 tsp jinten
1 tsp white pepper
salt to taste
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and add the liver, and let it simmer for 1 hour. Spoon the liver from the pan and cut it into pieces. Roast the ketumbar the kunyit and jinten. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu along with lemongrass and salam for 4 minutes. Add the liver and fry for 5 minutes. Then add it all to the broth and let it simmer for 30 more minutes.
