Cah Jamur Tiram Caisim
stir-fry of oyster mushrooms with caisim

Bahan bahan:
150 g oyster mushrooms
100 gr caisim/choysum
1 egg
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml of water
1/2 tsp sago flour + 1/2 tsp water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Pull the oyster mushrooms apart. Cut the caisim into pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Beat the egg.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the egg and fry it while stirring until it solidifies. Then add the oyster mushrooms and fry until soft.
Then add the caisim and fry it until half done. Then mix in the oyster sauce, palm sugar, pepper and salt. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Mix in the sago solution and cook until done.
