Daging Bumbu Bakar
strips of seasoned beef

400 gr of beef
1/2 lime, juice
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
300 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic
1 cm jahe
1/2 red bell pepper
4 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces of 2x1x1cm. Finely chop the garlic and grate the jahe. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the spring onion into pieces.
Mix the meat with the lime juice, the oyster sauce, the kecap, the pepper, the fish sauce, the sesame oil, the salt and the palmsugar and leave this for 15 minutes.
Roast or grill the peppers and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat together with the herbs, the garlic and the jahe and fry until the meat changes colour. Then add the water and cook / fry the meat until done. Then mix in the bell pepper and the spring onion and serve.
