Tumis Ayam Jamur Jahe
Fried chicken with mushrooms and ginger
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
350 gr chicken thighs
100 gr mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
1 spring onion
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp of palm sugar
4 cm jahe
1/2 onion
1 red lombok
1 teaspoon kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp of maizena/conr starch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
250 ml of water
1 tbsp of oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into strips, the garlic finely, the onion and spring onion into thin slices. Chop the lombok and grate the jahe. Halve the mushrooms.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, onion, lombok and jahe for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and fry it until the meat changes color. Add the mushrooms and mix well. Then add the oyster sauce, salt, pepper, kecap and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook slowly until done. Then add the corn starch solution and stir until the sauce thickens. Then spoon in the spring onion and the sesame oil and serve.
