Sayur Kangkung Kuah Bening
stewed kangkung with beans in spicy sauce

450 gr kangkung
8 pieces of snake beans
1 tsp lime juice
3 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1250 ml water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic and the shallots into thin slices. Cut the snake beans into pieces of 3 cm and slice the kangkung into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the water and bring to the boil.
Then add the beans, the pepper, the palmsugar and the salt and cook the beans nearly done. Then add the kangkung and cook until done. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
