300 gr bamboo shoots
1 tsp rebon, toasted (dried fish)
1 salam leaf
1 tsp salt
1`theel palm sugar
1000 ml coconut milk
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
Cut the bamboo shoots into thin slices and the garter into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan together with the paste, the salam, the rebon, salt and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Add the bamboo shoots and the garter and cook slowly until done.
