pokcoy with fish balls in broth
10 bakso ikan / fish balls
10 rice straw mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1500 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
Slice the bakso and mushrooms. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the pokcoy into pieces.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the bakso, mushrooms, oyster sauce, pepper and salt and mix well.
Then add the broth and bring to the boil. Then add the pokcoy and cook until done.
