Tumis Bayam Jamur Hoiko
spinach with mushrooms and prawns

100g spinach (bayam)
100g prawns
3 hioko mushrooms (shiitake)
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
3 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
150 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the soaked shiitake pieces and spinach finely. Slice the shallot and garlic fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 1 minute. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add the shittake and spinach and mix well. Then add the fish sauce, palmsugar,  the salt and the water and let it simmer until done.
