Tumis Bayam Ebi Terasi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200g bayam / spinach
200g bayam / spinach
2 tsp ebi (dried shrimp)
3 shallots
3 cloves knofook
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Slice the shallots and garlic. Soak the ebi and pound it fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the ebi and shrimp paste and mix well. Then add the bayam, salt, palm sugar and water and cook slowly until done.
