Sayur caisim jamur
stewed with mushrooms fried choy sum

4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
50 g oyster mushrooms
1 bunch choy sum, otherwise paksoy
1 red lombok
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Mince the garlic and chop the shallot and mushrooms into thin strips. Cut the choy sum into pieces and the lombok into thin strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes. Add the choy sum and fry until half cooked. Add the Lombok, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Finally, add the cornstarch and let the sauce bind slowly. Add the sesame oil and serve.
