Sayur daun papaya dan pakis
cooked papaya leaves and fern tops

250 gr papaya leaves
250 gr pakis (fern tops)
100 gr lard
7 shallots
4 cloves\ garlic
7 rawits
1 tsp trasi bakar
5 cm jahe (ginger)
3 sereh (lemongrass)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
125 ml water

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the garlic, the shallots, the trasi and the rawits fine into a paste. Grate the jahe. Cut the papaya, the pakis and the lard into strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the lard. Add the bumbu, the jahe and the sereh and fry it for 1 minute. Add the papaya, the pakis, the salt and the water and let it cook slowly for 15-20 minutes until done.
