fried noodles with smoked tuna and bean sprouts

500 g wide noodles, cooked
100g smoked tuna
5 bakso sapi, veal meatballs
100g bean sprouts
1 red chilies
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tablespoons oil
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
Cara membuat:
Grate the tuna, cut the ball into little pieces and pitted the Lombok and cut into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lombok for 3 minutes. Add the tuna and bakso and mix well. Add the bean sprouts, the kecap, salt and pepper. Add the broth and mix well and cook until the liquid is absorbed. Add the noodles and fry until tender.
