Nasi Kabsa
seasoned rice with chicken
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr rice
300 gr chicken breast
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 cloves
4 cardamom
2 tomatoes
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp kunyit
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
50 gr raisins
400 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

20 gr almonds, minced
Cara Membuat:

Cut the garlic and the onion finely. Cut the meat and tomatoes into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, the garlic. the cardamom, the cloves for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the tomato, the cinnamon, the jinten and the kunyit and mix well. Then add the rice together with the raisins, salt and pepper and mix. Then add the broth and stir until the moisture is absorbed. Steam it for 30 minutes until the rice is cooked. Sprinkle the almonds on top and serve.
