Mi Goreng sapi lada hitam
fried noodles with beef in black pepper sauce

500g noodles
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 green lombok
100g beef fillet
150g broccoli
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices, the lombok into strips, broccoli into small roses, the onion into strips, the spring onion into pieces and chop the garlic. Marinate the noodles with oyster sauce and kecap.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, onion and Lombok for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and water and mix well and cook the broccoli soft. Then add the noodles, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper and the palm sugar and cook, stirring constantly until done. Spoon in the springonion. Sprinkle with bawang goreng and serve.
