Semur Ayam Bangka Sumatera
Stewed chicken in sweet sauce from Sumatra
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 chicken
1500 ml of water
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
7 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 whole nutmeg
6 cloves
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
3 red lomboks
2 tbsp oil
Cara Membuat:
preparation;
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Cut the shallots and garlic into pieces. Cut the lomboks into thin strips and tomato into small parts. Heat in a pan 1 tablespoon oil and stir-fry the lomboks.
Heat in a pan the water and cook the chicken gently and spoon out the chicken. Leave 1000 ml of broth behind. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the tomato and mix well. Then add the chicken, the kecap, the nutmegs, the cloves, the salt and the pepper and mix well. Then add the broth and bring it to the boil. Then cook it slowly until done and until the sauce has thickened.
Sprinkle the fried lomboks on top and serve.
