Mi goreng cabai hijau yang Lezat
fried noodles with green chilies

200g egg noodles, cooked
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
100g chicken thighs
1 egg, beaten
100g bean sprouts
1 tsp salt
100 ml of water
1 spring onion
100g ikan teri, fried
1 tbsp oil
3 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 green rawits
7 green chilies
1/2 tbsp ebi, toasted
2 eggs
2 tbsp Bawang Goreng
Cara membuat:
Marinate the noodles with fish sauce. Cut the meat and spring onion into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the egg and stir until it becomes grainy. Add the bean sprouts, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add water and cook until the liquid has geaborbeerd. Add the noodles with spring onion and the ikan teri and fry until completely cooked.
Beat the eggs for the garnish and fry them in an omelette and cut into thin strips. Garnish the noodles with the omelette and the bawang goreng.
