Bihun Goreng Kuning
fried yellow noodles
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr mihun
1 cm jahe
50 gr shrimp
150 gr carrot
100 gr mushrooms
1 spring onion
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
50 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
hot water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
3 cm kunyit, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
First soak the mihun in hot water for 5 minutes and then drain it, clean the shrimps and peel them. Cut the carrot julienne and the mushrooms into slices. Slice the spring onion. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate the jahe.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu with the jahe for 3 minutes. Then add the shrimps and fry until they change color. Then add the carrot, mushrooms and spring onion and mix well. Then add the curry and the mihun and mix well. Then mix in the salt, the pepper and the water and fry until done.
