Tumis Oyong Teri Nasi
baked pumpkin with anchovies

75g ikan teri nasi, fried
4 oyong (pumpkin)
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
8 green rawits
2 red chilies
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut
1 lemongrass stalk
1 tomato
1 sprig of chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palsmuiker
1/4 teaspoon pepper
150 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Peel the oyong and cut into pieces. Mince the garlic and then cut the rawits, the chilies and shallots finely. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the chives.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, garlic, rawits, the chilies, the salam, the jeruk purut and lemongrass for 5 minutes. Add the oyong and tomato and fry gently until soft. Then add the ikan teri nasi, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add water and cook until tender. Spoon in the chives and serve.
