cakes of rice, coconut and sugar
500 gr brown sugar
200 gr sugar
1/2 tsp salt
500 ml of water
500 g rice flour, roasted
250 gr grated coconut, roasted
5 tbsp rice flour, roasted for baking sheet
Heat in a pan the water together with the sugars and the salt and cook until it thickens and set aside.
Mix the rice flour with the grated coconut and add the sugar water while stirring and form a batter. Sprinkle the tbsps rice flour in a 18 x 18 x 3 cm baking dish and pour in the batter. Then bake in the oven for 30 minutes until done. Then cut it into pieces.
