Semur Aneka Jamur Pedas
Mixed mushrooms in spicy sauce

100 gr mushrooms
200 gr oyster mushrooms (or with 100 gr different mushrooms)
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp oil
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 red rawits
2 green lomboks
250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
3 sprigs of chives

Cara Membuat:
Cut the mushrooms into pieces, the shallots and garlic into thin slices and the rawits and lomboks into thin strips. Chop the chives.
Heat in oil and sesame oil and fry the shallots, garlic, rawits and lomboks for 3 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and fry for 1 minute. Then add the kecaps, broth and salt and cook the mushrooms for 3 minutes until done. Sprinkle the chives on top and serve.
