Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
5 red rawits (small chilies)
2 tomatoes
1/2 tsp patis udang (shrimp paste)
1/2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp peanuts
salt to taste
Cara membuat:

Slice the shallots, the garlic, the rawits and the tomatoes fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry it for 2 minutes. Mix it with the remaining ingredients and pound or grind it fine into a paste.
