Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
100 gr cloud ear fungus
1 egg
125 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
banana leaves
Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 red rawits (chillies)
10 bird's eye chillies
8 shallots
5 candlenuts
2 tomatoes
2 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar (gula jawa)
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Soak the fungus in water until their soft and then drain them. Ground the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Beat the egg. Slice the fungus in 1 cm long strips and mix it with the bumbu, the egg and the cocunut milk. Divide the mixture in 20 portions and pack each portion in a banana leave. Steam the packages for 25 minutes and the roast them over a charcoal fire for 10 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
