beef with coconut
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
1000 ml water
5 red lomboks
150 gr grated coconut
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asemwater
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red shallots / small red onions
3 cloves garlic
2 cm kencur
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and cook it medium done. Remove the meat from the pan and cut into thin slices. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the meat until brown and tender.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a pasta. Cut the lomboks into strips. Heat in a wok / wadjan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the lomboks and the coconut and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the salt, palm sugar and the asemwater and fry it gently untill the liquid has evaporated. Spoon in the meat and serve.
