with sugar coated banana balls

725 gr ripe bananas
140 gr rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla powder / 1 pod
200g palm sugar
100 ml of water
Cara membuat:
Puree the bananas and mix it with the rice flour, salt and vanilla and form a dough. Divide the dough into 30 portions and shape each portion into a ball. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the balls until done. Roll the balls in the coating and serve.
Heat in a pan the water and dissolve the palm sugar.
