squid in spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr squid
2 kaffir lime / jerut purut leaves
1 tomato
1 tsp asem / tamarinde
175 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
water
salt to taste

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger
3 candle nuts
2 cm kunyit (kurkuma)
3 shallots
1 lemongrass
2 red lomboks (large chillies)
2 red rawits (small chillies)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the water in a wok and cook the squid with the salt for 10 minutes and then drain. Cut the tomato into small parts. Heat a wok and mix in the squid and the bumbu. Then add the coconutmilk, the asem and the lime leaves and let in simmer slowly for 10-15 minutes until the squid is done and the sauce has thickened.
