Cumi Sumbat Pedas
fried spicy seasoned and stuffed squid

500 g of squid (6 pieces)
150 gr grated coconut
100 gr shrimp, peeled
1 egg
1 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp oil

7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass, white part
2 red lomboks
3 red rawits
2 tomatoes
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Clean the squid. Chop the shrimp, the kunyit, the jahe and the garlic very finely. Beat the egg. Mix the coconut, the shrimp, the egg, the kunyit, the jahe, the garlic and the salt and fill the squid with it. Secure the end with biteng.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a coarse paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the squid and fry them. Then mix in the lime juice and serve.
