Oseng Jambal Tomat
fried fish with cherry tomatoes

250g ikan jambal (fried salted fish)
6 shallots
3 garlic cloves
2 green chilies
1 salam
4 sereh/lemongrass
6 cherry tomatoes
3 tbsp water
2 bunches kemangi
Cara membuat:
Cut the jambal into small pieces, the garlic and shallots finely. Halve the tomatoes and pound or grind the sereh finely. Cut the chilies into thin slices
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the jambal briefly and set aside. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the shallots, the garlic, the salam, the lemongrass and chilies for 4 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and fry them soft. Add the jambal and water and mix well. Then add the kemangi leaves and cook for another 2 minutes.
