Oseng Cumi Kecap
fried spicy calamari with kecap

250 g calamari
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tomato
6 sprigs of kemangi
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Clean the calamari and cut it into thin rings. Finely chop the garlic and the shallots. Cut the tomato into small cubes. Puree the lomboks.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks, the serai and the salam for 3 minutes.
Then add the calamari, salt, kecap and tomato and fry until the calemari is nearly done. Then mix in the kemangi and serve.
