Tumis Teri Tawar
stir-fry of tempe with anchovy

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
50 gr teri tawar kering / dried anchovy
100 gr tempe
4 salam leaves
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 cm laos
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
2 green lomboks

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe in thin strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu, the salam, the laos and the jerk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the teri and the tempe and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, the palm sugar and the salt and mix well. Fry until done. Add a little water if needed.
