corn and tuna soup

500 gr corn
6 shallots
1000 ml chicken stock
5 tomatoes
250 gr tuna
5 cm kunyit
150 gr beansprouts
1 red lombok
3 spring onions
2 sprigs coriander
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots and the spring onions fine. Cut the lombok in small rings and pound or grind the kunyit fine. Cut the tomatoes into small parts and the tuna into small cubes. Chop the coriander fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 5 minutes. Add the corn and the stock and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lombok, the tomatoes, the tuna and the spring onions and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add the corinder, the kunyit and the beansprouts and let it simmer for 1 minute and serve.
