Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1 cow's foot/shin
1000 ml santen (coconut milk)
1 kunyit leaf (turmeric)
2 asam kandis
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 sereh (lemongrass)
Water
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 red lomboks
2 cm kunyit
5 kemiri (candlenuts)
2 cm laos (galangal)
7 clove garlic
10 small shallots
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Clean the foot/shin and chop it into pieces. Heat in a pan the water and cook the pieces until done. Remove the bone and cut the meat in bite-size pieces.
Pound or grind the ingredients fot the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the santen and add the bumbu, the asam kandis, the jeruk purut and the sereh. Then add the meat and cook it slowly until the sauce thickens, the oil comes free and until done.
