Gung Che Num Pa
Raw prawns with chillies

8 prawns
6 red rawits
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped celery
4 mint leaves

Clean the prawns and flatten them. Chop the rawits, the garlic and the mint fine and mix it with the lime juice and the celery. Sprinkle the fish sauce on top of the prawns and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then ladle the chopped mixture on top and serve.
