stew of duck in seasoned sauce

1 duck
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp asam water
3 limes, juice
1000 ml of water
1 sp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil

3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
5 red lomboks
3 red rawits
11 shallots
6 cloves of garlic

Cara membuat:
Cut the duck into 24 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 6 minutes. Then add the duck and cook until it changes color. Then add the kecap and mix well.
Then add the water little by little. Then mix in the asam water, the salt, the pepper and the palmsugar and stir until the duck is done and the sauce is thickened. Serve the duck with the lime juice and white rice.
