Pumpkin with custard

1 yellow pumpkin (labu kuning)
5 eggs
4 tbsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt
240 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)

Cut a slice off the top of the pumpkin, remove the seeds and most of the soft pulp. In a bowl beat the eggs and mix it with the salt, the palmsugar and the santen. Pour the mixture into the pumpkin and steam the pumpkin for 20 minutes until the custard has set.
