spicy fried and stewed fish

5 small catfish
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
3 jeruk purut
2 salam leaves
1 lemongrass stalk
3 green tomatoes
300ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
10 red rawits
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 nuts kemiri
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2cm kunyit
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Sprinkle the fish with salt and lime juice and let it stand for 20 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the fish brown. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the paste with lemongrass, the salam and the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add the tomatoes and fry them gently. Then add the coconut milk, salt and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Add the fish and cook slowly until done.
