Balado Daging
dry fried spiced beef

500g beef 
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons oil
300 ml of water
5 shallots
5 red chilies
5 cloves garlic
5 cm laos
2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat slowly until cooked in 1.5 hours. Allow the meat to drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it crispy. Then add the kecap, salt, palm sugar and the lime juice and cook for 1 minute.
