Sate Taichan
chicken satay with sambal

250 gr chicken thighs
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
sate skewers

Bahan sambal:
ingredients sambal:
11 red rawits
5 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne peppers)
4 shallots
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

cucumber slices
tomato slices
slice of lime

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the lime juice, pepper, salt and meat. Then let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the meat onto the skewers and roast them over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Spoon the sambal over the satay and serve with the complementary.

Steam the rawits, the keriting and the shallots until soft. Then pound or grind it into a coarse paste. Heat a pan and fry the pasta for 1 minute. Then mix in the palm sugar, salt and pepper.
