Daging Bumbu Rujak
spicy beef in creamy sauce

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 g tenderloin
100 ml of coconut milk
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 tbsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
3 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp ketumbar
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 10 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu and let it marinate for at least 60 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat with the bumbu, the serai and the palmsugar until the meat changes colour. Then add the coconut milk and fry the meat until tender and until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
