Hati Ayam Pedas Crispy
crispy fried chicken livers

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
5 chicken livers
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp lemon juice
200 ml of ice water
oil

Pelapis:
coating:
75 gr flour
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 dried red lomboks

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the lomboks. Mix the livers with the garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the coating well. Swirl the liver through the mixture, then through the ice water, then through the coating again.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the liver until done, brown and crispy. Serve.
