Daging Bumbu Rujak
beef in spicy sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr entrecote / prime beef
1 tbsp asem / tamarind
200 ml water
100 ml beef stock
1/2 tbsp palmsugar
7 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce)
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
4 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves garlic
7 red lomboks / large chilies
2 tsp salt
3 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
4 cm laos / galangal

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the water with the asem. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the meat and brown it in 5 minutes. Then add the asemwater, the jerut purut, the palmsugar, the stock and the kecap and let it simmer slowly until the sauce has thickened.
