Ayam Goreng Pasir Kaliki 
spicy fried stewed chicken

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass
1 salam leaf
400ml water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 kemiri/candle nuts
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean and rinse the chicken. Then cut the chicken into 10 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate the galangal.
In a pan, mix the chicken with the bumbu, galangal, serai, salam and water and bring to the boil. Cook until the chicken is done and the liquid has evaporated. Then remove the chicken from the pan.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and set aside. Also briefly fry the spices and sprinkle them over the chicken and serve.
