Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr of beef
600 ml thick coconut milk (kental, of 1 1/2 coconut)
1 kunyit leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 asam kandis

Haluskan:
bumbu:
11 red lomboks
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp salt
6 cm lengkuas / galangal

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into 10 cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with the bumbu, the meat, the kunyit leaf, the serai and the asam kandis and cook on medium heat until the meat has become tender and until the moisture has evaporated.
