2000 gr beef
1000 ml santen cair
1000 ml santen asli
3 kunyit leaves
4 jeruk purut leaves
3 lemongrass stalks
1 asam kandis
3cm kunyit
3cm jahe
150g red chilies
100g red rawits
15 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 / 2eetl ketumbar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp jinten
2 tablespoons salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the two santen in a pan and add the jeruk purut, the kunyit leaf, lemongrass, the asam kandis and the paste. Keep stirring (about 30 minutes) until all is well mixed and the santen is not split.
Add the meat and stir until the meat is tender, the santen is brown, the oil is released and the liquid has nearly evaporated. Serve.
