Daging Panggang Ungkep Air Kelapa

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr beef (silver side)
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 salam leaf
3 cm laos
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp palm sugar
800 ml coconut water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 kemiri/candlenuts
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices of 6x6cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the bumbu, salam, laos, salt, pepper, palm sugar and kecap and mix well. Add the meat and cook it slowly until done
Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the meat brown.
