green beans with shrimp in spicy sauce

200g green beans
100g prawns
2 lemongrass
2 salam leaves
50g grated coconut
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
2 tablespoons oil
4 red chilies
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 kemiri nuts
2 cm kunyit
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the beans in half lengthwise and clean the prawns. Roast the coconut dry in a skillet and then grind it coarsely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with lemongrass and the salam for 4 minutes. Add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the beans, coconut, salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the santen and cook slowly until done.
