liver in spicy coconut milk sauce

350g beef liver
750ml coconut milk
1 kunyit leaf
1 lemongrass
4 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 asem kandis
2 red chilies
4 red rawits
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 cm laos
2 cm jahe
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Cut the liver into pieces and roast it for 3 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan together with the paste, the kunyit leaf, lemongrass and jeruk purut and bring to the boil. Add the liver and the asem kandis and let it cook slowly until the liver is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
