Tumis Buncis Dan Petai

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr green beans
10 petai / peteh beans
1 tomato
1 red lombok
1 green lombok
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar
150 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
2 red lomboks
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1/4 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans and the petai beans into small pieces, the tomato into slices and the lomboks in oblique rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the petai, the tomato, the beans and the lomboks and fry until soft. Then add the salt, the sugar and the water and cook gently until done.
