Gang Soom Kai Jiew
Sour omelette soup

2 eggs
3 red rawits
15 coriander leaves
1 spring onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp sour curry paste (see recipe)
350 ml water
1 tsp asem
2 tbsp palmsugar
4 chinese radish
25 gr shrimps
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oil

Cut the radish into thin slices. Chop the coriander, the rawits and the spring onion fine. Heat in a pan the water and add the curry paste, the asem and the shrimps. Add the radish, the rawits, the palmsugar, the salt and the fish sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs and mix in the coriander, the spring onion and the pepper. Heat in a pan the oil and fry an omelette of the mixture. Slice the omelette into small squares and mix it with the soup, then serve.,
