Tahu goling
Baha-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr tahu/tofu
100 gr beansprouts
1 sprig celery
1 shallot
2 cloves garlic
1 red lombok (large chilie)
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp asem / tamerinde
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
salt to taste
oil
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the shallot, the garlic, the lombok and the palmsugar into a paste. Chop the celery fine en blanch the beansprouts. Mix the asem with the water and the salt. Cut the tahu/tofu in slices and the in triangles and mix this with the asemwater and let it rest for 1 hour. Mix the paste with the rice vinegar, the kecap, the celery and the beansprouts. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the tahu/tofu for 5 minutes until golden brown. Place it on a plate and pour the beansprouts with sauce on top.
