Spicy stewed and roasted beef

400 gr beef (rump)
1000 ml coconut milk
3 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp of asamwater
2 cm jahe

5 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp trassi/shrimp paste
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
1/2 tbsp ketumbar
50 g of palm sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
14 tsp jinten
2 cm laos

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the coconut milk together with the meat, the bumbu, the salam, the jeruk purut, the sereh and the jahe and cook the meat slowlu until done. Add the asamwater and bring to the boil.
Spoon the meat out of the sauce. Roast the meat slowly over a charcoal fire and bask it regularly with the sauce.
